The hotel in Gainesville, TX, had clean rooms, but there were issues like black marks in the bathtub and a syringe behind the dresser. The noise from the ice machine next to my room was a bit bothersome. The hotel falsely promised to comp the room but still charged me.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were in good shape and ready for my arrival, with a helpful person named Rafael assisting me during my stay. However, I did come across some cleanliness issues like black marks in the bathtub and a syringe with blood behind the dresser. The service, on the other hand, was pleasant and respectful, especially during my late check-in. The location was convenient for my needs, but the surrounding area was not the most appealing. The dining experience fell short of expectations, but at least they had fruit salads available. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had easy access to stores like Walgreen & Dollar Tree. The rooms had a microwave and a small fridge, even though they had a nasty odor from the bathroom, and were not up to the expected standard. Despite the unpleasant check-in experience and room condition, the central location was quite convenient.
